Mindfulness Programs

Our MBSR-inspired programs are structured, evidence-based, and held in small groups. Built for individuals who want to move beyond an app and develop a real, embodied practice that holds up in daily life.

Drawing on decades of clinical research into Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, sessions weave guided meditation, gentle inquiry, and the science of attention into a coherent arc over several weeks.

The Saturday Circle

A free, weekly online community gathering. Every Saturday, 10:00–10:45am EST. Secular. Safe. Open to all — beginners welcome.

Forty-five quiet minutes of facilitated mindfulness meditation in the company of others. No commitment, no fee. Just show up.
